A six-layer PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) with both SMD (Surface-Mount Device) and THT (Through-Hole Technology) components. Two processors are mounted using BGA (Ball Grid Array) technique. The electronic card is tropicalized to provide protection against moisture and corrosion in humid environments.

Process Controller

State-of-the-art electronic card, equipped with multiple processors, for industrial process control. Before delivery, each card undergoes extensive testing, including programming, implementation of characteristic curves, calibration of measurement loops, and testing of all communication interfaces, complemented by a special protective coating that shields it from dust and moisture.
